Health and Safety

The Hospital has recently commissioned an independent consultant to audit its Health & Safety policies and procedures.

 

The audit was completed on 28th August 2009.

 

The report Conclusions have Noted:

 

  • “It was evident during the assessment exercise that the Health & Safety Management
    System has been given suitable and sufficient commitment to date.
  • "Paul Cussell the Hospital Manager is the Responsible Person for the day to day running
    and management of the system."
  • "He has effectively initiated early action to de-risk the more significant hazards identified."
  • "There are regular Health & Safety Committee meetings, with minutes recorded.”
