Customer Care Award - Highly Commended – Peterborough Business Awards 2011
2011 marked the 15th anniversary of the prestigious Peterborough Customer Care Business Award. This award is given for the company that is able to demonstrate that it understands the needs of its customers and is able to consistently meet and exceed these expectations.
The Orthopaedics and Spine Specialist Hospitals came highly commended, one of three nominees for this prestigious position. A team from the hospital attended the presentation ceremony on Friday November 18th with all areas of the hospital staff represented. |

On 18th March 2011, eleven members of staff attended Safeguard Training, arranged by the Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care for Peterborough, at the hospitals request. The hospital is the first within the area to undertake this training.
