Dear Mr Shair

I wish to express my sincere thanks for your professional abilities that have resulted towards my recovery after the operation on my spine on 25th September 2006.

The speed with which you and your team acted to arrange the consultation, assessment and treatment of my injuries within the very short timescale was truly wonderful. The quick action after the consultation to being operated on was only 3 weeks and certainly relieved me of much pain and discomfort allowing me to look to a full recovery.

During my visits and stay at the Orthopaedics and Spine Specialist Hospital I found everyone very friendly, helpful and informative. You should be proud of your team. The hospital surroundings are pleasant, clean and well maintained, giving privacy and space. I felt confident that I was in good hands and being taken care of.

The facilities at the hospital were everything I expected and I would also like to complement the catering staff on some excellent, well prepared, presented and tasty meals that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Please can you pass on my appreciation to my nurses for their attention and kindness during my stay, as I have been unable to see them at my later appointments.
